Custom Rental

CUSTOM RENTAL exhibition stands are the ideal solution for the infrequent exhibitor…….or an exhibitor whose needs constantly change.

The system works this way: we design a unique stand specifically to meet your requirements, however utilising one or more structural systems, the components coming from a common ‘pool’.

The structural components are returned to the common ‘pool’ after a CUSTOM RENTAL, to be used by other exhibitors.

However, the graphic panels produced for the first showing can be retained, either by the exhibitor or us, for reuse in subsequent shows. The same applies to any custom built components which were included in the design: these can be retained by the exhibitor or by us for future reuse.

A custom rental stand can be modified for future reuses, or completely redesigned and in most cases, we endeavour to reutilise graphic and other custom built components if appropriate.

Custom rental stands pack down to smaller volumes and weights than most custom built stands, so shipping costs are minimised. You can reuse a custom rental stand at other locations and venues, without necessarily incurring huge freight and labour costs.

Custom rental componentry is the responsibility of our factory: it is up to us to maintain the equipment in excellent working order and appearance.
