Designing and building a custom rental exhibition stand requires a real understanding of your needs.
So our usual practice is to ask you to provide us with a brief. This can be undertaken at a meeting, or via email etc.
The sort of information we need prior to undertaking the design process includes the following:
1. Floorplan of the event with the name of the event, venue and dates and your booked space clearly marked. Please ensure that the size of your stand is clearly visible.
2. What you get with your space booking, i.e. carpet? or electrical subsidy? shellscheme booth etc.?
3. Things you may already own which you wish to incorporate, i.e. products, display components, graphics?
4. Proposed theme or “look” of this exhibit? What is the primary objective which the stand is intended to fulfill? Please supply existing graphics or CDs of proposed graphics and logos.
5. Budget and what it is to include/exclude.
6. Your ‘must haves’! i.e. reception desk, demo counter, foodprep counter, storage, meeting rooms, furniture (such as seating, fridges, plants, audio visual equipment, provision for brochures), specific product displays (do these need to be protected by security facilities) etc.
7. Your ‘wishlist’, i.e. microphones, amplifiers and speakers, LCD screens, plasma screens, interactive displays, videowalls, live bands, etc!!
8. Your expectation as to what you want us to look after, versus what you plan to do yourselves? i.e. promotional staff, rental of computers, giveaways, catering, etc.
9. Do you plan to exhibit just once, or do you have plans to exhibit again? If yes to the latter, how many times per year? In similar site sizes? Will you asset manage the equipment or would you like us to provide costings for us to asset manage your kit?
Design submission renders are prepared free-of-charge to bona fide inquirers, however we reserve the right to decline to submit in cases where we believe the inquiry may not be commercially viable.
We do not release Copyright on our design submission renders, unless an agreed payment is received by COEX. Costings will be provided based on our design submission renders and if
acceptable, we’ll move to the next stage of the process.
You’ll find that every process we undertake is fair, professional and designed to minimise the stress
and anxiety that most exhibitors experience prior to a show!
You’ll enjoy working with us!
